Stopmotion

so our group chose stop motion as our medium of animation. It was actually really interesting to research because I didn’t know how detailed creatives make their sets and how much thought is put in to executing a full movie.King kong was one of the first major films that used stop motion. using small scale models they were able to sway the public.they were super detailed in their sets.They 3D printed 100’s of thousands of faces that were interchangeable amongst frames. this was the key to their success in making such a detailed movie that looks real and convincing.
